You are free to use the Masonic Hall Free Wi-Fi but you must abide by the usage policy.  You will not be asked to log in but any device found to be abusing the system or accessing sites that are not compatible with Freemasonry and its virtues will be blocked.  All activity is logged and will be reviewed regularly.
